Papilloma of nasal cavity locally aggressive neoplasm is a lesion of the mucosal membrane of the nasal cavity and the paranasal sinuses, composed of welldifferentiated columnar or ciliated respiratory epithelium papilloma epithelium.

We conclude that the endoscopic approach has proven to become a safe and effective method over papilloma of nasal cavity traditional approach. Nevertheless, in cases of advanced tumour stages, or malignancy, the best surgical option is to use a wide access, as radical antrostomy or paralateronasal rhinotomy.

The association of various types of treatment is still the preferred method to eradicate HPV infection. This paper offers information about possible systemic respiratory epithelium papilloma of HPV infection, based on the documentation from the PubMed databaseincluding immunomodulatory drugs, antiviral medications, therapeutic HPV vaccines and biological therapy.
